Madigan’s career began in New York City achieving senior management positions at several global advertising and direct marketing agencies, advising Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, Citibank, Xerox and M&M/Mars. It was here that he witnessed first-hand the power of iCRM in both deepening customer loyalty and increasing revenue.

In 1989, Madigan launched his own marketing consulting firm designed to bring the sound principles of iCRM to the hospitality industry. Over the years, the firm grew into an agency that now offers hotels all the consulting, advertising, public relations, social media, digital marketing and database services required to provide end-to-end iCRM services. Jay Feitlinger has nearly 20 years of online digital marketing and business consulting. Jay is seen as a thought leader in social media and online advertising and is often asked to speak at conferences and events around the world. Recently Jay spoke at the European Hotel Manager Association General Meeting in Geneva about optimizing a hotels online sales funnel.

Ann Hughes

Vice President

A marketing veteran with 20+ years of experience in direct marketing, Ann has held senior management positions at Wunderman and DraftWorldwide — two of the world’s largest direct marketing companies. Ann led teams working with Fortune 100 companies including American Express, AT&T, British Airways, Citibank, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and more.

Ann is an expert in lead generation, customer acquisition and retention marketing — delivering the right message to the right people at the right time. She has helped clients build, segment and leverage their databases to focus on high value customers who are responsible for the majority of profits. Her work has led to the development of loyalty and recognition programs that stimulate incremental business and build brand advocates.

At MP&A Digital & Advertising, Ann uses her strength in customer relationship marketing to oversee the integrated marketing and advertising programs for clients.

Ann is an Executive Partner providing leadership coaching for MBA students at the William & Mary Mason School of Business in Williamsburg, Virginia. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a B.S.B.A in Journalism, specializing in Mass Communications.

Previously, Harshad worked in Atlanta where he designed an award-winning website for Axiom Marketing Communications and more recently was a Web Designer and Sr. SEO Analyst at Dianin Group LLC. His computer skills are vast and include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign and Audition, Flash, HTML, CSS, Dream Weaver, Java Script, Quark, Corel Draw and more.

He has a Master of Arts degree in Advertising Design from the prestigious Savannah College of Art & Design and an MBA, focusing on Marketing and Systems, from the GRD Institute of Management in India.

Catherine Smagala

Catherine Smagala has been working in the hospitality industry since 2007 when she joined MP&A Digital & Advertising as account executive. Since then, her passion for strengthening customer relationships and increasing engagement has earned her a reputation for driving profitable revenue for some of the Caribbean’s best hotels.

Catherine holds a bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Direct Marketing from Christopher Newport University where she led her team to win the nationwide 2007 Gold Collegiate Echo Award from the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation.


Amy Kerr

Director of Public Relations

Amy Kerr is a communications professional with 18 years of progressive experience in marketing, public relations, brand management and hospitality operations.  She started her career in hospitality operations “on the other side of the front desk” giving her a real world perspective when eventually developing and implementing successful public relations initiatives for clients.

In hospitality, she has worked with the Anheuser-Busch Companies’ resort and adventure parks, and Colonial Williamsburg’s destination and hospitality collection.

Amy oversees the public relations efforts for MP&A clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a concentration in business and economics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, and earned Certified Hospitality Supervisor designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
